Cancellation Policy

1. Stopping Machines

You can stop any running machine at any time from your dashboard. Stopping a machine triggers an immediate final charge for the time since the last check, and no further charges accrue once it's stopped. Running time is charged at the tier's hourly rate for the exact time, from the moment you deploy or start a machine (including the few minutes it takes to boot) until you stop it; stopped machines are not charged. There are no fees or penalties for stopping a machine early, and no subscriptions to cancel.

2. Closing Your Account

You may close your RenderBox account at any time by emailing support@renderbox.space. There are no cancellation fees. When you ask us to close your account:

• Any running machines are stopped immediately and their data is permanently deleted.
• We refund unused credits bought within the previous 14 days before closing the account (see our Refund Policy).
• Your personal data is deleted within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

3. Machine Data Retention

Stopped machines and their data are preserved for 24 hours after stopping. After that, the machine is recycled and all data is permanently deleted. We recommend backing up any important files before stopping a machine.
