Cancellation Policy

1. Stopping Machines

You can stop any running machine at any time from your dashboard. Stopping a machine triggers an immediate final charge for the time it ran, and no further charges accrue once it’s stopped. There are no fees or penalties for stopping a machine early.

2. Closing Your Account

You may close your RenderBox account at any time by contacting our support team at support@renderbox.space. There are no cancellation fees.

When you request account closure:

• Any running machines will be stopped immediately.
• Your machine data will be permanently deleted.
• Your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

3. Unused Credits on Cancellation

If you have unused credits at the time of account closure, you may request a refund within 14 days of your last top-up. Refund requests outside this window are handled at our discretion. Contact support@renderbox.space to request a refund.

4. Machine Data Retention

Stopped machines and their associated data are preserved for 24 hours after stopping. After 24 hours, the machine is recycled and all data is permanently deleted. We recommend backing up any important files before stopping a machine.
