Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

RenderBox accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. You enter your card details and billing address in our checkout; they are passed over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our payment processor. We keep only the card's last four digits with the payment record. Depending on the currency you choose, we may also offer a local payment method: Multibanco for EUR and BLIK for PLN. We do not accept American Express.

2. Credit System

• RenderBox uses a prepaid credit system; your balance is held in US dollars: 1 credit = $1. You add credits before using any GPU machine. A top-up is any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate (the maximum rounded down to a round figure, never above €20,000).
• Prices are shown in the currency you select: USD, EUR, PLN or AZN. Prices are set in US dollars and converted at market exchange rates that we refresh once every 24 hours (if the rate source is unavailable, the last rates we received stay in use). Card payments are charged in the currency you select at checkout; Multibanco and BLIK settle in their own fixed currency (EUR or PLN).
• Credits do not expire while your account is open and remain available until used or refunded.
• While a machine runs, credits are taken from your balance every 5 minutes for the time it ran, and once more when you stop it.

3. Pricing

GPU pricing is an hourly rate. Running time is charged at the tier's hourly rate for the exact time, from the moment you deploy or start a machine (including the few minutes it takes to boot) until you stop it; stopped machines are not charged. Current rates are shown on our pricing and products pages, and the price shown at checkout is the amount charged. We may change prices with reasonable notice; credits you already hold keep their value.

4. Payment Security

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. RenderBox does not store your full card number, security code or billing address. Connections are encrypted using TLS, and your bank may ask you to confirm a payment (3-D Secure).

5. Failed Payments, Low Balance and Automatic Stop

If a payment fails, no credits are added to your account. If your balance reaches zero while a machine is running, the machine is stopped automatically to prevent a negative balance. Once a day, if a machine is running and your balance is below $2, we email you a low-balance warning.

6. Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; see our Refund Policy.
