1. Who We Are
RenderBox is operated by Nexia Digital Sp. z o.o., Nowogrodzka 42, 00-695 Warszawa, Poland, NIP: 7011301281. Contact: support@renderbox.space. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. What Data We Collect
This is everything the site and the product collect, when, and why:
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, phone number and its country, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash) | When you create an account | To open your account, confirm your email address, sign you in and apply sanctions rules to new sign-ups |
| Card number, expiry date, security code, cardholder name and billing address (street, city, region, postcode, country) | When you pay by card | To take the payment through our payment processor and to refuse a billing country we can't serve. We keep a record of each payment (amount, currency, method, status, the card's last four digits and the IP address it came from); the full card number, security code and billing address are passed to the payment processor and are not stored by us |
| First and last name, email address and, for BLIK, phone number | When you pay with Multibanco or BLIK | The payment provider requires them to take the payment |
| Your machines: GPU tier, status, start and stop times, connection details and the charges for each session | When you deploy, start, stop or delete a machine | To run your machines and charge your balance for the time they run |
| Emails you send us | When you write to support | To reply to you |
| IP address, the country it belongs to, and your browser's user agent | When you visit the site, sign up or pay | To keep the site secure, to refuse new sign-ups from sanctioned countries and to stop automated sign-ups |
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers and we do not send marketing emails. The cookies we set are listed in our Cookie Policy.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and maintain the RenderBox service.
- To process payments and manage your credit balance.
- To send service emails: verification codes, password resets, receipts, machine updates and low-balance warnings.
- To prevent abuse and fraud, and to apply sanctions rules to new sign-ups and payments.
We rely on the contract with you (running the service you asked for), our legal obligations (payment records, sanctions) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
4. Who We Share It With
We share data only as needed to run the service, with these categories of provider:
- GPU infrastructure providers: run your machines, so the files on a machine are stored on their hosts. They receive the machine configuration needed to start it, not your name or email address.
- Payment processor: takes payments. Your card details, billing address and the details a local payment method needs are sent to it over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and handled under its own privacy policy.
- Email delivery provider: sends our service emails to your address.
- Hosting and database providers: host the website and store your account data.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on the safeguards the law requires for such transfers.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Stopped machines are kept for 24 hours and then deleted. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Our payment processor keeps its own records of payments as the law requires.
6. Your Rights
- Access and portability: ask us for a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Correction: update your account information from your dashboard, or ask us to correct anything else.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your account and its data.
- Objection and restriction: you can object to or ask us to restrict processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Complaints: you can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland, or to the data protection authority where you live.
To exercise any right, email support@renderbox.space from your account email.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (TLS) and store passwords only as one-way hashes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, write to support@renderbox.space.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, write to support@renderbox.space.
